Bassas

Modern Cuisine

€€

The Bassas couple, whom we first encountered at Deymier (also in Pamiers), has renovated this old town centre building from top to toe. The striking result is both understated and smart and provides the perfect foil to the food which shines the spotlight on local producers. Inspired selection of local wines.
