Guest scores & sentiment
From 334 guest reviews · multi-source · as of 2026-07-19
Guests highly praise the unique contemporary art collection, beautifully maintained gardens and pool, and the exceptional Michelin-starred dining. Staff are generally attentive and professional. Main drawbacks include centralized AC control lacking individual room adjustment, missing basic amenities like irons, inconsistent breakfast service during peaks, and occasional gaps between pricing expectations and 5-star standards.
