This unique restaurant, which started life as a simple “guachinche” (an unassuming family eatery serving home cooking and its own home-produced wine) has remained faithful to its “gastro-guachinche” concept through this culinary venture in Tegueste. Try the Canarian prawn sashimi, finished with warm bilbaína, or their grilled carved squid, with black rice, mild aioli, romesco and parsley oil.
