With WEBERSTUBE, Hotel BEI SCHUMANN presents an appealing dining concept. The tempting à la carte menu includes dishes such as pan-fried trout fillets with pearl barley and a small salad, or rump steak with a mustard and onion crust, grilled green asparagus, potato gratin and a red wine jus.
