In the evening, there is a regional à la carte selection as well as a set menu with dishes cooked over hot charcoal on the robatayaki. There is also a Japanese omakase menu comprising three to six courses. The lunchtime offering revolves around the "beer garden menu", which also includes some of the evening dishes. They also have

Susi and Josef are your young hosts at this charming little restaurant. The stylishly modern interior is wonderfully inviting, with large windows framing spectacular mountain views, which can also be enjoyed from the balcony terrace in summer. The atmosphere is pleasantly relaxed, not least thanks to the friendly proprietress overseeing the service. Inspired by the changing seasons and the culinary traditions of the region, the chef-patron cooks up modern and visually appealing dishes. Options such as free-range chicken from Rietz with cauliflower mash and florets, almonds and raisins, or crea
