The interior design of this restaurant is sleek and modern, in keeping with the futuristic look of the hotel that houses it on its first floor. Diners sit in an airy, high-ceilinged room lit by chic designer pendant lamps – large floor-to-ceiling windows afford magnificent views of the surrounding countryside. Choose from an appealing selection of regional and international classics, or opt for the tasting menu. Full of flavour and depth, the dishes are testament to the skill of the kitchen team.

This villa in a somewhat secluded location in the mountains is home to a small hotel with seven rooms, a spa and a terrific outdoor event area – and this elegant modern restaurant. In the beautiful light and airy glass pavilion with a round floor plan, ambitious contemporary dishes are served à la carte or as a seven-course set menu, with wine pairing on request.
