This fine dining restaurant in Hotel Yscla (Yscla is the Rhaeto-Romanic name for Ischgl) features a stylish blend of slick modern design and lovely wood finishings. Benjamin Parth's cuisine echoes this sleekness. With just a few components on the plate, he succeeds in creating wonderfully expressive dishes in terms of flavour. In his four- to seven-course set menu, for example, the top fresh sole with fine summer truffle and elegant, aromatic artichoke cream as well as a fantastic fish sauce is a real highlight. Only the finest ingredients are used, and his craftsmanship is second to none. Sar

Executive Chef Martin Sieberer has been overseeing the kitchens of this restaurant in the luxurious Trofana Royal holiday hotel since 1996, and it's fair to say he/it's become something of an institution. His two sons, Thomas and Michael, now support him as chefs, and together they use carefully selected ingredients to turn out contemporary dishes based on classic recipes. "Sea bass from Concarneau, potatoes, onions, pepper" or "French pigeon from head to toe, peppers, sweet potatoes" are excellent examples. You can choose between a surprise menu – comprising four, six or eight courses – and a

This compact restaurant has just five tables and the interior entirely done out in warm wood embodies a harmonious blend of elegance and Alpine charm; everything is of the highest quality, reflecting the exclusive setting of the luxurious Schlosshotel in which Schlossherrnstube is located. Patrick Raaß and his team create innovative, French-influenced dishes using top-quality ingredients, from which they devise a set menu. For example, the succulent and tender Tristan lobster works beautifully with the delicately acidic notes of mandarin and flavoursome spinach or a wonderfully al dente cooked

This alternative to the fine dining restaurant at Hotel Trofana Royal also serves culinary delights right next to the ski slope. In an inviting decor, diners can choose from an appealing à la carte selection of freshly prepared Tyrolean dishes. These are made with the finest regional produce, such as Paznaun Highland beef, Diasbach trout and traditional Alpine cheese. Open to the lobby and bar area, and with only a handful of tables, this restaurant is done out in lots of warm wood, creating a pleasantly cosy feel. Exceptionally courteous and friendly service.

The restaurant of the upscale Hotel Fliana draws in clients with its excellent cuisine, but it is also a paradise for wine lovers! It all starts with a strong first impression in the spectacular Wine Safe, where over 900 different labels from top wineries are stored, including fine wines from France, Italy and Austria, including a considerable number of large-format bottles. From here, you enter the elegant little Chef's Table restaurant, in which 12 diners can sit at a long stone table in an extremely high-quality and tastefully designed ambience. In the open kitchen, a six-course set menu dr
