Modern luxury meets plush comfort in this inviting space, where stunning views of the surrounding natural beauty evoke a sense of serenity. Located in the heart of Haarlem, Moustique boasts stylish interior design and a terrace overlooking the Grote Kerk, plus it's open every day of the week – what a treat! The chef showcases his experience through an appealing à la carte selection and a multi-course tasting menu. He is just as adept at jazzing up fish with pickled cucumber, horseradish and jalapeño as he is at putting his own spin on steak tartare. The kitchen team thrives on excitement and daring combinations, but never at the expense of harmony on the plate.
