Nestled on the southern bank of the Yarra River and rising above the vibrant precinct, this hotel is just a 10-minute walk from Flinders Street Station and close to the Central Business District and the Melbourne Exhibition Centre. Part of the Southbank Entertainment Complex it offers easy access to its cinemas, restaurants, nightclubs, shopping, indoor entertainment theme park and the 24-hour casino. All of the 482 exquisitely appointed, over-sized guest rooms, suites and villas of the hotel are lavishly furnished and treat to an impeccable standard of customer service and attention to detail. Each unit features original artworks, marble bathrooms and includes a large plasma-screen TV with laptop video-on-demand system, an iPod docking station, and a separate dressing room. The spectacular views of the city or Port Phillip Bay are framed by the floor-to-ceiling windows.
