La Ferriera Residence

Nestling in the hills, this small country restaurant delights guests with its relaxed atmosphere and Tuscan cuisine reinterpreted with a light, contemporary flavour. The paccheri pasta with a sausage ragù and celeriac cream is particularly delicious. The warm welcome offered by the owner, who always greets guests with a smile, adds to the appeal.

In the heart of Valdarno, Osteria del Borro is located within a thousand-hectare estate that houses an authentic medieval village. In the summer, you can dine on a terrace with breathtaking views of the countryside, while in the winter, you can settle into an elegant room with soft tones and an open kitchen. There are three tasting menus, built around local products and, most importantly, the estate's own garden.

In the heart of Montevarchi, as cozy as a dining room at home, Barlèsh restaurant offers what the chef likes to call "spontaneous cuisine." This unconventional place will delight you with both traditional and contemporary recipes: a six-course tasting menu and an à la carte menu featuring shareable bites, main courses, and desserts.
