Appetising examples include braised venison shoulder with house-made spaetzle, wild cranberries and glazed pointed cabbage, or grilled calamaretti with lemon risoni, green asparagus and a crustacean foam. Food is served from noon to 9pm Thu-Sun. There is a three-course lunch menu Thu-Sat. On certai
