Guests highly praise the breathtaking Drakensberg mountain views, tranquil setting, spacious self-catering chalets, and friendly staff. Family-friendly facilities and outdoor activities are frequently highlighted. Common complaints involve excessive extra charges for basics like WiFi and towels, poor internet connectivity, inconsistent room maintenance and bed comfort, and strict checkout policies. Overall, the experience is largely positive despite cost and upkeep concerns.
