It is a real pleasure to see the terrific produce gracing the plates here at Gutsküche, just outside Hamburg – this is seasonal gastronomy par excellence! Organic ingredients from their own estate, Hofgut Wulksfelde, are the absolute focal point of the cooking, with the blackboard menu presenting vegetarian dishes that can be supplemented with so-called fish, poultry and meat "side dishes".
