The restaurant of this family-run chalet hotel presents an interesting concept in a friendly atmosphere. Classic cuisine is on offer at lunchtime and in the evening; in addition there is a lunch deal and a "close-to-nature" gourmet set menu every evening from Tue to Sat. The top-notch ingredients are almost exclusively sourced locally, many of them harvested by the chefs themselves.

In his kitchen in the restaurant of the time-honoured Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel, Stefan Beer uses only ingredients sourced within a 50km radius (the clue is in the name!). There are two set menus – conventional and vegan – plus a "Sommelier Menu" with wines from the surrounding area. This restaurant serves flavoursome traditional cuisine made from local produce à la carte or in the form of an ambitious set menu comprising three, four or five courses. There are also appetising options for two, such as Chateaubriand. Berner Haus, which first appears in records as a tavern in 1542, makes for an enchanting setting with its charming wood-panelled interior. The lovely old turquoise tiled stove, adorned with Langenthal porcelain, provides comforting warmth in the winter months.

The hotel also has its own herb garden.
