- Virtuoso写的看房态或许升一级。预定时选的第二级的 Pavilion Bassin，想着要是运气好能升一级去泳池阁就赚大了。到达前发现快住满了对升级没有期望，但是入住后发现真的有升一级！意外之喜！
- Virtuoso rate 含免费早餐，菜单上的都可以点（仔细看会发现早餐菜单没有价格，免费早餐其实是标配吧）。
- Virtuoso 预订时写的 package 包含免费双人一小时SPA一次，拿到预订确认时也没核对。第二天晚上问酒店这个福利怎么用，被告知我们预定的福利应该是双人免费午餐，可是明天中午就要滚蛋了没有时间吃午饭啊，而且 Virtuoso 网站一直写的都是免费SPA。酒店人员看了下网页，确认 Virtuoso 确实是那么写的，于是立马表示可以 honor SPA 福利，并且现场帮我们预订好了次日早上10点的时间。
- 目前体验过的酒店里服务是最好的。每一次出门回来后房间永远是打扫干净的，哪怕是离开当天早上去吃个早餐都给整理干净了；工作人员看见住客都会主动微笑，看我拍照还会让出空间；Package 内容和网页有冲突毫不犹豫立马按照网页写的给了我们免费SPA。
