Guest scores & sentiment

From 75 guest reviews · multi-source · as of 2026-07-22

Guests consistently praise the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, convenient central Medina location, abundant traditional breakfast, and stunning rooftop terrace. Main drawbacks include the maze-like alleys making it hard to find, poor shower drainage in some bathrooms, and compact basic rooms. Overall, it offers a highly enjoyable and good-value stay.

KEYIdeal for travelers seeking authentic charm and value. Request staff pickup due to maze-like alleys, carry cash for the rooftop restaurant, and manage expectations for compact rooms and basic bathroom fixtures.
