Guests consistently praise the prime city-center location, elegant and clean rooms, and highly attentive staff. The spa and indoor pool are frequently highlighted as excellent amenities. Main drawbacks include lukewarm breakfast coffee, inconsistent bed firmness and thin pillows, occasional service coldness or language barriers, and minor maintenance issues like unstable shower temperatures. Overall, the experience is highly rated with room for targeted improvements.
