Important sites such as Lincoln Road Mall, Miami Convention Center, New World Symphony, Jackie Gleason Theatre, Collins Avenue, Ocean Drive and the beach are just a few steps away. The famous SoBe nightlife can be found in the immediate proximity. The hotel was designed in 1939, and original features have been restored to their original splendour, making it an elegant icon of Classic Art Deco. The rooms have a minimalist, contemporary style, dominated by white colour with some green touches.
