At Évora’s northern exit, in an attractive rehabilitated building that once housed a roof-tile factory, this is one of those restaurants that, at first glance alone, invites you to step through its doors. This restaurant is located in the Paço do Morgado de Oliveira, a 14th-century building restored in full respect of its original structure and, in turn, set within the Fitapreta winery, surrounded by vineyards and meadows where cattle graze. Here, in an intimate yet sophisticated setting, the connection between the culinary world and that of viticulture is constant. Upon arrival, you are guided on an immersive journey while the story of the house is told, with aperitifs and stops both on the terrace and in the kitchen, a space that preserves the charm
