Guests highly praise the friendly and responsive staff, spacious and clean rooms, and diverse delicious breakfast. The Dayak-themed decor, complimentary airport shuttle, and rooftop Sky Lounge views are standout features. Minor complaints include rigid early check-in policies, occasional slow food refills, and narrow corridors during peak times, but overall satisfaction remains exceptionally high.
