Guests highly praise the quiet Vinohrady location with excellent metro and tram connections, friendly and helpful staff, and spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds. The breakfast is generally well-received for its variety and pleasant conservatory setting. Minor drawbacks include limited sweet options, occasional breakfast service inconsistencies, and facility quirks like a small elevator, unstable Wi-Fi in some rooms, and AC issues. The hotel is slightly outside the Old Town center, requiring a short walk or transit. Overall, it offers great value and a charming, relaxed stay.
