Guest scores & sentiment
From 75 guest reviews · multi-source · as of 2026-07-21
Guests praise the prime location near St. Mark's Square and vaporetto stops, along with friendly staff. Breakfast is generally well-received. Common complaints include dated room facilities (nylon curtains, weak AC), small/dark rooms, and occasional issues with night service or value for money.
