Guest scores & sentiment

Guests highly praise the exceptionally friendly staff, spotless and spacious rooms, and varied breakfast. The central location features a tranquil courtyard and pool, making it ideal for families. Minor drawbacks include average soundproofing in some entrance-facing rooms, occasional noise from traffic or children, and limited dining options in Monsaraz. Overall, the experience is excellent with strong return intent.
