- 连住三晚，因第一天订单床房，第二三天订双床，但只有第三晚压套房券，最终CI时前台安排三天都要换房。
- 三日换房要求12点前打包好行李，但都到17:00后才给下一间房。
- 房间有状况反映给前台经理，退房当日上午值班经理敲门来访送上小礼品，但礼盒打开来是堆杂物，还附上价格标签，相当失礼。
