Guest scores & sentiment
From 99 guest reviews · multi-source · as of 2026-07-19
Guests consistently praise the prime location, ski-in/ski-out access, and exceptionally friendly, attentive staff. The restaurant and overall value are well-regarded. However, experiences vary: some rooms feel small or dated, breakfast can be basic or repetitive, and isolated issues with noise, odors, housekeeping boundaries, and security incidents dampen satisfaction.
