This restaurant run by Luca Trabalzini and his partner Rossella is a real gem in the small town of Fasano. Their story, which began in Australia, adds a fascinating touch to this gastronomic project. The atmosphere here is warm and lively, making this the perfect setting in which to enjoy the chef’s innovative cuisine, which he showcases on three distinct menus dedicated to meat, fish and vegetarian dishes respectively. Luca’s cuisine is modern and elegant, with particular attention paid to flavours and textures so that each and every dish offers a fully rounded sensorial experience.
