Guests highly praise the stunning mountain views, warm family-style service, spacious modern rooms, and the newly renovated infinity pool and spa. Breakfast is abundant and dinner is gourmet. However, some note that the appetizer buffet is occasionally understocked, portions are small or dishes served lukewarm, drinks are pricey, and minor details like Wi-Fi reliability, balcony shade, and room soundproofing could improve.

Breathtaking 180° views of the Val Venosta provide the theatrical setting for Gerhard Wieser’s culinary talents at this restaurant. The chef’s cuisine is as precise as a Swiss clock yet full of international influences, with ingredients transformed into small masterpieces thanks to impeccable techniques and an elegant flair. His most memorable creations include red prawn tail cooked over a wood fire and served glazed, on top of a pea mixture (served plain, with cream or with olive oil) flavoured with chorizo sauce. The name of this restaurant gives a good indication of the experience you can expect here: a culinary voyage through the chef’s varied selection of recipes and ingredients, some from the Alps, others from countries across the globe. Dishes are served on tasting menus of five, seven or nine courses in a quiet dining room with just a few tables, where the chef himself explains his dishes to guests.

As you cross the threshold into this restaurant, you come into an elegant Art Nouveau-style dining room with sparkling chandeliers, patterned flooring and other fascinating retro details that make this a real gem. Owner-chef Andrea Fenoglio is the heart and soul of Sissi, dividing his time between the kitchen and front of house so that he can take time to chat with guests. His cuisine has solid classic foundations with a contemporary and personalised touch, and a good choice of dishes on the à la carte, plus a tasting menu (“Settepiatti”) which changes every year (as does the ceramic tableware

A young chef and a brilliant maître-d’ work together at this restaurant, where the cuisine is full of character and has its roots firmly anchored in the region. The menu allows guests to choose from four to six courses, all prepared using local ingredients such as lamb raised on a nearby farm served with parsnips and a refined jus, or reinterpreted dumplings served with morel mushrooms and spring peas. Matteo oversees the wine list, guiding guests on a unique journey through Italian and international labels collected over the past twenty years, all offering excellent value for money. Three imp
