The hotel estate is situated in the northern part of the resort, around 250 m from the sandy beach and some 400 m from the centre of Sunny Beach. Burgas International Airport is some 40 km away. The hotel has one main building with six floors and two lifts. The hotel comprises a total of 158 rooms, including family rooms and rooms for disabled. Facilities on offer to guests include air conditioning, a lobby area with a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, a café, a hairdresser, a bar, a restaurant, Internet access (charges apply) and a playground for younger guests.
