Located in one of the best residential zones in Madrid, the hotel has direct access to the M-30. The nearest public transport and shopping facilities are only about 100 metres away and the metro and train stations are about 7 kms away, in the city centre of Madrid. The hotel is close to exhibition locations and Madrid-Barajas International Airport, which is only about 7 kms away. Built in 2007, this air-conditioned city hotel is a newly constructed and modern building with a parking service, car park, garage, restaurant and bar and VIP area, among other services. It has a total of 195 accommodation units. All of the en suite rooms have individually regulated air conditioning and heating. Guests are welcome to the hotel's gym.
