Guest scores & sentiment

From 80 guest reviews · multi-source · as of 2026-07-22

Guests overwhelmingly praise the prime Medina location, spotless and comfortable rooms, and exceptional staff service, including flexible breakfast options. The rooftop offers stunning views, and the food quality is highly rated. Minor drawbacks include street noise due to basic window insulation, weak WiFi on upper floors, and the traditional labyrinthine layout making navigation and luggage handling slightly challenging. Overall, it delivers an outstanding stay experience.

KEYIdeal for travelers seeking authentic Medina charm and excellent hospitality. Bring earplugs for street noise, download offline maps, and carry power banks due to spotty WiFi on upper floors.
