This holiday home has underfloor heating, 2 bedrooms, one double room and the second room can be either a double or twin room. There is also a bathroom and an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Each bedroom room has a large electrically operated roof window with electric blinds. These close automatically when it rains. The bathroom has an electric shower, heated towel rail and heated mirror. The living room has a sofa bed and full height windows at one end, which open directly onto the decking area. There is a breakfast bar with seating for 4 people. and the kitchen is fully equipped.

The beautiful interior is sleek and modern, while the cooking draws on influences from Cagali’s Brazilian roots, along with forays into the Mediterranean, Mexico and Japan. Sharing is encouraged, although you’ll be loath to give up any of the signature ‘baba au cachaça’. Service is warm, genial and caring, with many dishes delivered by the chefs.

The décor is simple and understated, but the cooking is bold and interesting, with an appropriate degree of care taken in the kitchen. Look out for the Middle Eastern and North African influences, such as the creative, beautifully golden leek and spinach pastilla.
