The surprise multi-course tasting menu is a masterpiece of originality, intrigue and precision, featuring flavours and tastes from all four compass points of India. While the chefs work away with quiet diligence and focus in the open kitchen, the service team provide detailed explanations of each elegant creation. A little theatre here and there with certain courses adds to an unforgettable experience. There’s something magical happening here – and with just 15 seats and a rooftop location – you’ll feel you’re in on the secret. Pro tip: arrive to dinner a little earlier to enjoy signature cock

This elegant, high-ceilinged restaurant is exclusively set at the end of the Palm in a colonial-style property, which is breathtakingly opulent in design, with magical tropical gardens and a private dock. Inside, it’s luxurious without being stuffy, and service follows suit, with a team that are attentive and professional yet relaxed and personable. The cuisine is innovative, creative and intriguing, combining French tradition with modern culinary advances to create à la carte dishes and exclusive menus. 2024 saw Chef Dani García bring his popular Madrid restaurant to the St. Regis Gardens on the Palm Jumeirah. Located at the back of Leña, this intimate and dark room with a large semi-circular table seats 14 guests and overlooks a kitchen with an open fire and grills, a style Chef Dani dubs “Fire Omakase”. The experience is immersive and engaging, with chefs guiding diners through the 11-course menu and explaining in detail the creative and technically skilled dishes, such as sea cucumber carbonara. Desserts are a particular highlight, especially the confidently and skilfully executed burnt pu

This gastronomic venture comes from acclaimed British chef, Jason Atherton. Its name combines the acronym for its “refinement of work” and its location on the 45th floor of The Grosvenor House. A penthouse-like setting with an open kitchen, this intimate culinary experience seats 22 guests and offers a 17-course tasting menu divided into three acts. The dishes feature fine Japanese ingredients prepared with French techniques, such as amebi and bafun uni. The full menu is sophisticated, refined and immaculately presented, delivering well-judged and complex flavours. If you’re going to opt for t

There’s a buzzy atmosphere at this authentic izakaya, set in The Onyx Tower 2 in The Greens. Eight ramen dishes underpin the menu, which also lists other Japanese classics including sushi, sashimi, robata grills and tempura. Ingredients are good quality, cooking is careful, prices are low and flavours, delicious. For a chance to watch the chefs preparing their signature dishes, be sure to book your seats at the counter in advance.

Vibrant, modern Indian cooking is on offer at this fun and funky poolside restaurant, where the charming team provide helpful service with a smile. Street food meets sharing plates on the appealingly eclectic menu, with choices from the earth (vegetarian), land (meat) and sea. Colourful dishes, like the tandoori cauliflower roast, and lamb biriyani kofta, come in generous portions.

With a simple ring of a doorbell, you are transported to an elevated dining experience set in what looks like someone’s home. It starts in the Scandi-inspired sitting room for canapes and aperitifs; then, dinner takes place around an impressive open kitchen, where you are greeted by the chefs before service begins. An array of dishes showcases the blend of Asian and Scandinavian influences that make great use of the finest luxury ingredients, such as shellfish from the Norwegian Sea and turbot from Brittany. The team’s craft and precision present a superb balance of flavour and texture seen ac

Expect exciting and imaginative Indian cuisine that isn’t afraid to push the boundaries, but also a kitchen which knows quality ingredients and how to get the best out of them. The spacious restaurant relocated here to the luxury One&Only Royal Mirage hotel at the end of 2022. There are lots of large tables for bigger parties and even larger windows providing views over the gardens.
