A small Lincolnshire market town is the home for this charming restaurant that’s full of period details. The menu allows for flexible dining, offering a selection of snacks, small plates and larger dishes – go for the tasting menu for the best overview. Across the board, the cooking is packed with flavour, with the strong technical skill of the experienced chef coming across in stand-out dishes like potato terrine with ham hock and soft-boiled egg. Make sure you order a helping of the impressive house-made focaccia too. Keen, friendly service enhances the experience.
