Balmy Holiday Home in Skagen near Sea

Take your seat at one of just 10 tables looking onto a glass-walled kitchen and prepare to settle in for the night, as a meal at this chic seaside resort can last up to six hours. Personalised service from a formal team enhances the intimate atmosphere, and there’s a deep connection with the sea thanks to shell-covered columns, ocean scenes and a great variety of seafood on the multi-course menu. Dishes are centred around luxury ingredients and influences come from the chef’s travels, so you’ll find everything from turbot with laksa sauce to suckling pig with lemongrass and burong mangga.
