The menu, more akin to an Alsace bistro than a traditional winstub, showcases classic bistro dishes, seasonal fare and Alsace traditions: terrine with game hunted in the Ried, Alsace white asparagus and morels in puff pastry, pikeperch with beurre noisette, veal kidney with charcutière sauce, or bouchée à la reine (vol au vent).
