Guest scores & sentiment
From 75 guest reviews · multi-source · as of 2026-07-21
Guests highly praise the central Sur location, convenient parking, friendly and helpful staff, and good value for money. Rooms are generally clean and comfortable. The main drawbacks are bathrooms without partitions causing wet floors, poor ventilation due to non-opening windows, and some dated furnishings. Overall, it suits short stays and budget travelers seeking a practical base.
