Guests highly appreciate the lush natural setting, tranquil atmosphere, and exceptionally friendly staff. Facilities are new, rooms are comfortable, and family-friendly activities are well-regarded. Main criticisms focus on limited breakfast variety, slow refills, occasional cleaning oversights, mosquitoes, slippery paths, plus remote location.
