Its secluded woodland setting on the banks of the River Clyde, combined with its proximity to Glasgow Airport, makes it a popular destination for visitors. Guests enjoy first-class golf, a destination spa, luxurious suites, and fine dining, all just twenty minutes from Glasgow's main shopping and business districts. The 18-hole Earl of Mar championship golf course, with spectacular views of the River Clyde and Kilpatrick Hills, is a must for any golf enthusiast. Located within the grounds of the five-star resort, the course is only ten minutes from Glasgow Airport. Directions from the M8: Exit at Erskine Bridge following signs for Bishopton/Erskine. At the first roundabout, turn left towards Bishopton. Continue past HP Compaq, straight through the mini-roundabout, and past Bishopton Parish Church. Turn right at the Gatehouse, following the road into Mar Hall.
