AluaSoul Palma is a renovated adults-only (+16) hotel on the seafront of Cala Estancia, 10 minutes from Palma. It features two swimming pools (one exclusive for My Favorite Club) and the Kentia space, offering three atmospheres: a lobby cocktail bar, a pool snack terrace, and a rooftop bar for My Favorite Club guests. Dining includes the Terra Mediterranean buffet. Facilities offer a gym, sauna, and wellness treatments. The 138 rooms include a balcony, free Wi-Fi, 43” TV, free safe, and minibar. The My Favorite Club experience adds access to a private lounge and premium amenities: Nespresso machine, bathrobe, slippers, and a welcome minibar with wine. - 预订基础房升了好几级到My Favorite Club(最高级?) 的海景角房，不过Hyatt app 里没显示升级后的房型
- My Favorite Club房型福利包括lounge access，里面有几种小吃，水果和酒水果汁。另外该Club的福利还应该包括入住赠送红酒然而实际上并没有准备（不过本来就是升级来的也不强求）
- 预订了half board (包一早一晚自助）。酒店早晚餐都在1楼的自助餐厅，早餐比较丰盛但是出品一般，晚餐自助选择和品质比较拉跨，也可能是因为我们入住得晚，用餐时菜肴已经所剩无几了。My Favorite Club有专属的用餐区（其实也就是室内风景稍好的角落）
- 酒店位于离机场5分钟车程的海边，海景非常漂亮，虽然比不上岛上的网红海滩但依然非常能打
