He cooks up excellent regional and international dishes, and also does the serving himself – not only is he highly accomplished at what he does, he is also an extremely cordial host and single-handedly creates a fantastic atmosphere! The carefully curated wine list is also remarkable, featuring wines from Baden-Württemberg, Baden and the Palatinate only.
