Guests consistently praise the beautiful gardens, clean and comfortable rooms, and exceptionally welcoming hosts. The tranquil atmosphere and refreshing pool are highly appreciated. Minor complaints include occasional bed firmness issues, compact room sizes, and trivial maintenance oversights, but these do not detract from the overwhelmingly positive experience.
