Guest scores & sentiment
From 120 guest reviews · multi-source · as of 2026-07-19
Guests highly praise the prime location opposite Eden Park and Kingsland Station, offering convenient transport and dining. Staff are consistently described as friendly and accommodating, with rooms generally clean, comfortable, and equipped with basic kitchenettes and free parking. Common drawbacks include compact room sizes, small bathrooms, thin walls in the converted villa, potential noise during stadium events, and an often unmanned front desk requiring phone check-in.
Dimension scores · cross-source
KEYIdeal for event attendees and transit-dependent travelers. Book larger rooms if space is priority, expect self-service check-in, and consider noise during stadium events.
