Guest scores & sentiment
From 75 guest reviews · multi-source · as of 2026-07-21
Guests generally appreciate the central, quiet location within walking distance of Plaza de Armas, friendly staff, and clean basics. However, rooms are frequently noted as small with poor soundproofing and limited ventilation. Several reviewers reported price discrepancies with booking platforms, inaccurate parking information, and inconsistent service responsiveness. Overall, it offers decent value for short stays.
