Guest scores & sentiment

From 80 guest reviews · multi-source · as of 2026-07-20

Guests consistently praise the exceptionally warm and attentive staff, the tranquil garden and pool oasis, and the delicious homemade breakfast and dinner. The main complaints concern noise from the adjacent busy boulevard and poor sound insulation, the distance from Fes Medina requiring regular taxis, and some dated room amenities or firm mattresses.
