A restaurant of solid tradition, born in the early 1990s from the vision of three brothers from the Marche region – Angelo, Giuseppe, and Massimo: the first at the stoves, the others in the dining room. Over time, this establishment has become a benchmark in Roman dining thanks to a cuisine of strong authorial character, presented through two elaborate tasting menus – one entirely dedicated to the vegetable world.
