Guests consistently praise the professional and friendly staff, especially at check-in and Mr. D’s restaurant. Recently renovated rooms are clean, spacious, and modern. The airport proximity and ample parking are highly valued. Main drawbacks include the large layout causing long walks to rooms, occasional noise issues affecting sleep, and a small or cold indoor pool.
