Cura Cucina Contemporanea

Calabrian, Farm to table

€€€

A single tasting menu invites guests to explore the culinary vision of Chef Massimo: a journey through authentic flavors of land and sea, enhanced by creative, personal touches. Delightful contrasts unfold around the onion, enveloped in a velvety cheese cream, while the “sottobosco” dish evokes autumn with the earthy aroma of porcini and tart hints of red berries. All this is embraced by the warm atmosphere of a converted former stable, where dry stone walls whisper tales of times past.
