This building's traditional shingle façade demonstrates its affinity with the region, as does its smart interior drawing on modern straight lines and natural materials such as wood and stone. The Gothic wine cellar is a real treasure trove, boasting a unique collection of large bottles that is world-famous, not least for its Bordeaux selection. Magnums, primats: you name it, they have it. Be sure to take a look at the impressive Wine Dome with its private dining table for exclusive tastings. She provides cordial and proficient service in the inviting wood-panelled dining space, occasionally taking a seat alongside diners at their table.
