Le Petit Bellevue

Italian Contemporary, Cuisine from the Aosta Valley · ★ Michelin

€€€€

This is an exquisite gem within one of the region's most renowned and romantic hotels, the Bellevue Hotel & Spa, holder of two Michelin keys. With just five tables, two of which overlook the valley ending spectacularly with Gran Paradiso, Tuscan chef Niccolò de Riu celebrates the Valle d'Aosta in his kitchen with very few deviations, char and roe deer being excellent examples. Following the savoury part of the meal and preceding the talented pastry chef, Roberto from Bergamo will challenge your resistance with an excellent cheese cart, featuring mainly regional cheeses.
