Located on the ground floor of Hotel Osam, in the heart of a picturesque seaside town, this restaurant offers a delightful cuisine inspired by island traditions, balancing land and sea with classic recipes and local ingredients. Among the specialties, standout dishes include shrimp and cherry tomato skewers with a creamy butter and lemon sauce, and flavorful chicken thighs cooked under a brick. A small gastronomic treasure, elegant and refined, hidden among the picturesque alleys of the largest town on the island of Brač. Here, chef-patron Dino Šeparović offers two tasting menus of 4 or 6 courses, centered on island traditions and built around seasonal ingredients, from fresh Adriatic fish to tasty local lamb. Some dishes are cooked over a wood fire, imparting a sophisticated smoky touch. The highlight of the restaurant is the desserts, true must-haves that elegantly complete the dining experience.
